FAQ
If you live in the UK and your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days then please get in touch. We will then look at either sending you a replacement if in stock or to discuss a refund. We recommend getting in touch as soon as possible rather than waiting too long particularly if your order is for a gift.
If your order has been sent via Royal Mail International post then we ask customers to allow 14 days before contacting us in regards to a missing order. International orders have to go through a Customs process that can effect the delivery time of your order which is unfortunately out of our control. After the 14 days we can either offer to resend your order if in stock or alternatively offer a refund.
We try to ensure that your order arrives safely and that it's of a high quality but if however you receive your order and it is damaged or faulty, then please get in touch within 7 days upon receiving your order. We can either offer you a replacement if in stock or a refund. Please don't send anything back to us before getting in touch first to discuss the issue.
Before delivery:
Should you change you mind after placing your order, please let us know immediately to cancel it and we will refund any money that's been paid to us.
After delivery:
We normally only offer refunds on damaged or missing items. But as we want you to happy with your purchases, if you are unhappy with your order or have changed your mind then please don't hesitate to get in touch within 7 days upon receiving your order. We just ask that you don't return anything without contacting us first.
Any refunds processed will not include the cost of postage. This does not apply to custom orders and piercings or intimate products due to hygiene reasons.
